Customized Training Plan

    • 4 weeks worth of workouts tailored to your goals

    • Customized training split based on your goals

    • 6 workouts per week (24 total)

    • The plan will state: exercises, sets, reps, and tempos

    • Form descriptions and tips will be added to majority of workouts

    • Ability to contact me at any time to ask any questions regarding your workout plan

    • Ability to send me videos of yourself performing any on the plan exercise so I can check your form

    • OR you can request a video of me performing an exercise on the plan if you are confused in any way.

    • Once purchased, you will be prompted with a PDF download option, download the file and fill out the questionnaire. Email the filled out questionnaire back to me at
