Weekly check-ins with me where we touch base, I assess progress made, and alter your plan accordingly if necessary. Any changes made to the plan will be explained thoroughly.

My full support for any questions, concerns, advice, suggestions, motivation etc. All communication will be through text message and you will have the ability to reach out to me at any time.

Once purchased, you will be prompted with a PDF download option, download the file and fill out the questionnaire. Email the filled out questionnaire back to me at sammybornstein11@gmail.com as soon as possible.
