1. Are there any items that I may need for this program?

Yes, you will need a body weight scale and a food scale

2. How do I know if nutrition coaching is right for me?

If you are looking to make any kind of changes to your health and fitness, then this is the right program for you. Everyone who purchases my nutrition coaching will receive a tailored plan to their specific body and goals, and a one on one coaching experience where I teach you, guide you, and support you. Even if you have experience with macros, having a coach that is very knowledgeable and can provide you with the right tools to meet your goals is extremely helpful.

3. Will I have the ability to contact you at any time?

Of course. Communication with me will always be through text so I can respond to you as fast as possible. All my clients have the ability to text me at any time and set up a calls with me as well. It's very important to me to be available for my clients for any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Is your coaching meal plan or macros based?

Macros based. I do not make meal plans for the sole reason that I want this process to be as enjoyable as possible. Having flexibility in the foods you eat not only helps with cravings and staying on track, but also keeps you sane and makes it less likely for someone to deviate from the plan. Additionally, you become more in-tune with the foods that are best for you, can better visualize proper portion sizes for the long term, and learn how to read, understand, and be more aware of nutrition labels.

5. What if I don’t know how to track macros?

If you don’t know how to track macros, you will need to purchase the “Macros lesson” under the coaching tab. Here I will teach you everything you need to know about how to track macros.

6. In how long can I realistically expect results?

Everyone’s body is different, but averagely, give it 3 months before expecting big changes. This is because we are taking it the healthiest route possible, and slow paced results will be more sustainable.

7. Does this option come with workouts as well?

The “Nutrition Coaching” option only comes with a cardio regimen and a workout split, not actual exercises, sets, reps, etc. For that you would need to purchase “workout plans” or the “package deal” under the coaching tab.

8. Can I pay for multiple months ahead of time?

If you would like, yes!

9. What if I miss a check in?

If you miss a check in, check in with me as soon as possible. If you know ahead of time that you are not going to be able to check in on a certain week, it is best you let me know as soon as you know.

10. On what days are check ins?

Tuesdays are check in days. However, if Tuesdays don’t work for you for some reason then just let me know and we can always coordinate a day that works good for the both of us.

11. Will I be getting free meals?

Yes you will be getting free meals. However, how often you will receive them is completely up to how your body is responding.

12. What are the benefits of having a coach even if you already know how to track your macros?

Having a second set of eyes is always so very helpful. Also, just because you know how to track macros, doesn’t mean you know the right split for you and when to make necessary changes to your plan.

1. Is there anything I may need for this plan?

Yes, you will need access to a gym, and some kind of resistance band.

2. Is there a home plan option as well?

If you do not have access to a gym, communicate that with me before you purchase the plan, and I will customize a home plan for you.

3. What are the benefits of following a workout plan?

Following a workout plan not only gives your workouts well thought out out structure, but also makes sure that the exercises, sets, reps, and tempos are aligned with your goals. It also makes going to the gym as quick as possible and takes away having to think about what to do next.

4. What do these plans focus on?

It depends on what your personal goals are, whether it’s to lean out, gain muscle in a certain area, gain strength etc. Once you purchase the plan a questionnaire will be sent to you, and I will use your responses to tailor the plan to you and your goals

5. Are there video demonstrations for the plan?

No this is not video demonstrations but there is a in detail form description for all of the exercises.

6. What if I don’t understand how to do something on the plan?

If an exercise description isn’t sufficient enough, or you have a feeling your form is off after following the description, you can always contact me to send you a video demonstration, or you can send me a video of you performing the exercise and I can tell you if you need to fix anything.

7. How do I know how much weight to do?

This is something that depends completely on the person, and often a trial and error process. However, a good rule to follow is if the last 3-5 reps aren’t a challenge, then you need to be adding more weight. However, your form shouldn’t be altered much during the whole set. If your form starts to suffer mid set then go down in weight. Regardless of your goal, you need to be challenging your body for workouts to be effective.

1. What will I be learning?

You will be learning everything you need to know from a-z about how to properly track macros. You will learn the ins and outs of the MyFitnessPal app, how to track food when eating out, how to track alcohol, and the best ways to concentrate your macros. I will also provide you with my best tips for success, important additional information to know, and some great alternative macro-friendly options.

2. About how long is the session?

About 1 hour. I will need your undivided attention during our session because I will be providing you with a lot of very important information. So it’s best you plan your session with me during a time when you're able to sit down and really be able to digest the information (not while driving or doing other activities).

3. Do I need to do anything prior to the lesson?

Yes. Please download the MyFitnessPal and the Zoom app and make a free account login for both. Zoom is where we will be video chatting during our session, so I am able to screen share with you to be able to better navigate you through the MyFitnessPal app. You can also have your food scale nearby, and a list of questions you might already have for me during the session (optional).

4. Who is this mainly for?

This is mainly for someone who either isn’t familiar with macros, knows about macros but doesn’t know how to track them, knows how to track macros but is unsure they are doing it properly.
