  • The plan will state: exercises, sets, reps, tempos, form descriptions 

  • Ability to contact me at any time to ask any questions regarding your workout plan

  • Ability to send me videos of yourself performing any on the plan exercise so I can check your form

  • Ability to request form description videos 

nutrition & training 

  • Customized nutrition plan, gym training plan, & cardio regimen catered specifically to your body and personal goals

  • Macro based nutrition plan​

  • 24 workouts total (6 per week)

    • states exercise, sets, reps, tempos & form descriptions

    • ability to request video instructions

macro lesson

  • A 1 hour macro lesson over Zoom

  • Learn everything that’s needed to properly track your macros

  • I will provide you with helpful tips, tricks strategies, & advice 

  • This is for anyone who's a beginner with macros or needs a refresher

Personal training

  • 1 hour or 1.5 hour session options

  • Partner sessions at a discounted price

  • Package options available

  • Hands on training designed to push you, teach you, and ensure you are training safely, properly, and efficiently in order to work towards your goals
